Jonathan T. inherited a corner storefront with a faded plastic awning that hadn't been touched in twenty years. We replaced it with a Sunbrella burgundy awning, hung a two-sided projecting blade sign to catch foot traffic from both directions, and re-glazed the window with a gold-leaf-style vinyl.
Turnaround: 4 weeks including permit.
A ten-year-old sign had lost half its illumination as modules failed one by one. Rather than replace the whole cabinet, we pulled the faces, retrofitted with fresh UL-listed modules, re-wired to a modern power supply, and re-installed in one overnight shift so the shop lost zero business hours.
Turnaround: one overnight.
Six tenants, one shared monument. We designed a modular panel system with push-through acrylic tenant names on a masonry base — so when a tenant changes, only one panel gets swapped instead of the whole face.
Turnaround: 8 weeks including footing.
Dr. Shah wanted a reception wall that felt like a boutique hotel, not a doctor's office. We fabricated brushed-aluminum dimensional letters on half-inch standoffs, backlit with a soft warm halo, mounted on a walnut-veneer panel.
Turnaround: 3 weeks including install.
